College Leaders Conduct Teaching Inspection for "First Class of the Semester" in Classrooms

On February 17, postgraduates of the college ushered in the "first class" after the registration for the spring semester of 2025. To fully understand the teaching operation situation in the new semester, ensure the orderly teaching order and standardize teaching management, the National Outstanding Engineers College and the School of Metallurgy and Environment formed an inspection team to carry out in-depth class observation and inspection activities. Cheng Qiongwen, Secretary of the Party Committee of our college, Chen Ailiang, Vice Dean, Zhu Zhongping, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Liu Fangyang, Vice Dean, and relevant teachers went to the teaching building to conduct class observation and teaching inspection.

This inspection focused on checking the classroom order, teaching links, teaching content and methods, studentsparticipation, teacher-student interaction, and teaching effect. According to the inspection feedback, the overall teaching operation of postgraduates was good and stable. Teachers arrived at their posts in advance, made full teaching preparations, and taught with full energy. Students also showed a good mental state, arrived on time, listened carefully, thought actively, and devoted themselves to the study of the new semester with full enthusiasm and a new attitude.

College leaders highly appraised the results of this inspection and emphasized that teaching quality is the lifeline of the colleges development and must be persisted in unremittingly.
