Delegation Led by Wang Chengyang from Sany Group Visits to Discuss University-Enterprise Cooperation

  On the morning of March 16, 2025, a delegation led by Wang Chengyang, Director of the Secretariat and Supervision Department of the President's Office of Sany Group; Zeng Panwen, Investment Director of the Industrial Development Division; and Wei Xiaochen, Operations Manager of the Industrial Development Division, visited the Central South University Science and Technology Park to discuss the joint construction of an innovative R&D center. Li Qihou, Director of the University Research Department; Cheng Qiongwen, Secretary of the Party Committee of the college; Chen Ailiang and Liu Fangyang, Vice Deans of the college, attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Vice Dean Chen Ailiang.

  At the meeting, both parties discussed cooperation content including the joint construction of government-university-enterprise jointly cultivated engineer technology centers, talent joint cultivation laboratories, and government-university-enterprise achievement transformation engineering technology centers in key fields such as "new energy +" and "artificial intelligence +," hoping to work together to create a benchmark for collaborative innovation platform cooperation featuring the "government-industry-university-research-application-innovation" six-in-one integration. Both parties conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on specific cooperation models, site arrangements, funding support, and policy guarantees, with the aim of jointly promoting project implementation.

  This cooperation can leverage the synergistic advantages of both parties, relying on the Central South University National Graduate College For Elite Engineers' advantages in basic research, high-end talent, and interdisciplinary integration, combined with Sany Group's accumulation of scientific research scenarios, industrialization experience, and market channels, to achieve the cultivation and delivery of outstanding engineers, promote the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements, and facilitate scientific and technological innovation and industrial upgrading.
