The team successively visited Jiangxi Copper Corporation, Jiangxi Yatu Digital Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Yifeng Wanguo Mining Co., Ltd. and other enterprises. Through on-site visits, salons and forums, they deeply understood the current situation of the enterprises, accurately connected with their needs, and explored new paths for cooperation. The team visited the enterprise exhibition hall and systematically understood its whole industrial chain layout and achievements in intelligent and green development. At the forum, Jun Wu, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Jiangxi Copper, welcomed the arrival of teachers, students and alumni representatives from his alma mater, reviewed the cooperation history between Jiangxi Copper and Central South University in scientific and technological research, talent training and other fields, and expressed the willingness to further deepen all-round strategic cooperation.

In the subsequent salon themed on innovative cooperation of alumni enterprises, representatives of many alumni enterprises in Jiangxi or related to Jiangxi participated in the activity. The college representative introduced the college's construction situation to the participating alumni, pointing out that the cultivation of elite engineers needs to transform real engineering problems into research topics and temper talents in solving practical problems. On January 23, the research team went deep into the production frontline of Jiangxi Yifeng Wanguo Mining Co., Ltd., inspected the modern mining operations in the mining area, focused on visiting the intelligent control center, and understood the progress and technical challenges of the enterprise in mine automation and information construction.
At the forum, Guang Liu, Chief Engineer and Deputy Mine Manager of the enterprise, introduced the enterprise situation, highly recognized the disciplinary advantages of Central South University in mining engineering and other fields, and expected to rely on the university's scientific research strength to solve technical problems and attract outstanding talents.
